What are your showroom opening hours?

Our Hampshire showroom is open Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 4:30 pm, Friday from 10 am to 4 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Can I customise the furniture to my preferences?

Our bespoke service allows you to tailor any of our designs into a sofa, armchair, or loveseat. You can choose between fixed or loose covers, with flat or frill valances, to suit your style.

What materials are used in the frames of your furniture designs?

At Boura & White, we prioritise quality and durability. Our furniture frames are meticulously crafted using FSC hardwood to ensure longevity and robustness. Each piece is handmade in the UK, reflecting our commitment to superior craftsmanship.

What is the delivery time for your furniture? 

Our handmade furniture is made to order, with an average lead time of 8-12 weeks for delivery. Once your piece or pieces are ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date as per deliveries page.

Do you offer international shipping?

We may, at our discretion, accept orders from outside the mainland UK. Customers are welcome to arrange their own delivery, or we can assist with logistics upon request. Please note that once goods leave our UK warehouse, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage incurred during transit. What is your return and refund policy?

We’ll refund the full amount including delivery (excluding any upgrade fees), within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return.

If items are returned in an unsaleable condition, a deduction may be applied.

Is assembly required for your furniture?

Most of our furniture comes fully assembled. Any pieces that need assembling will be assembled by our delivery team.

Where can I view and purchase your furniture?

You can visit our Hampshire showroom at West End Flower Farm, Alton, GU34 4JG. Or alternatively visit our additional locations to view select pieces at Volga Linen and Peter Page

Do you offer trade appointments?

Yes, you can visit our Hampshire showroom or alternatively our London studio is open exclusively for trade appointments. We also have various pieces available at Volga Linen's showroom on Pimlico Road and also at Peter Page in Chelsea. Please contact us to schedule a visit.

Are your products made in the UK?

Yes, all our furniture is handmade in the UK, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, once your order is in production, we will provide regular updates on its status. You can also contact us at any time for information regarding your order.

Do you offer a guarantee on your furniture?

Our Sofas, Beds, and Sofa Beds come with a lifetime frame and construction guarantee against faulty workmanship and materials, excluding Clearance and Ex-display Products. Cushion fillings and coverings are guaranteed for one year. Guarantees cover fair wear and tear but not damages caused by neglect, abuse, misuse, or damage from external factors.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

We do not currently offer flexible payment options.
