Furniture Delivery & Returns

We aim to make your experience with Boura & White seamless, from the moment you place your order to the moment your furniture arrives in your home.

When do we deliver?

Standard range products are delivered within 8 to 12 weeks from the date we receive your deposit. For bespoke items or products using Customer Own Material (COM), delivery times may vary depending on fabric availability. Estimated delivery dates for these orders will be confirmed in your Sales Order Confirmation.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are confirmed at the time of order, with additional charges potentially applying for premium or non-standard services.

Can’t Accept Delivery?

If you’re unable to accept delivery on the agreed date, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may incur administration or redelivery charges. If redelivery cannot be arranged within 14 days, storage charges will apply. For collections, items must be picked up within 14 days of the confirmed collection date to avoid additional storage fees.

Split Deliveries

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your new furniture. However, if you need to return or cancel your order, here’s what to expect. Standard range products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in saleable condition. We’re happy to arrange a collection, or you may return the item to our warehouse—just let us know within the 14-day window. Please note that bespoke items and those made using Customer Own Material (COM) are non-refundable and cannot be amended or cancelled once the deposit has been paid. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Our Delivery Service

Our delivery service is carried out by trusted UK Mainland couriers. Your order will be unwrapped, assembled in the room of your choice, and all packaging will be removed and responsibly recycled. We’ll be in touch in advance to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Delivery Outside UK Mainland

We may accept orders from outside the UK mainland at our discretion. Customers are welcome to arrange delivery themselves, or we can assist with the process. Please note that once the order leaves our UK warehouse, we are not liable for any damage that may occur in transit.

Access Restrictions

Please ensure your property is accessible for delivery. If access constraints prevent successful delivery, a restocking fee may be charged.

How To Request a Return

To request a return, simply contact us via email or post, quoting your order invoice number. We’ll guide you through the collection or return process. Please ensure the item is returned within 14 days of submitting your cancellation request.

Refunds & Deductions

We’ll issue a full refund, including standard delivery charges (excluding any upgrade fees), within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return. However, if items are returned in an unsaleable condition, a deduction may be applied to the refund amount.
